Where Time Slowed Down

September 2026 • Club Service Editorial

An evening where we stepped away from routines, responsibilities, and busy schedules to simply enjoy being together as a family.

With our usual busy schedules, meetings, studies, work, responsibilities, and everything happening around us, it is not often that we get the chance to simply pause and enjoy being together. Golden Hour 2.0 gave us exactly that, an evening where we could step away from our routines, relax, and spend time together as a club without worrying about what came next.

From the moment we started, the atmosphere felt different. There was no rush to finish a task or organise an event. Instead, we had time to talk, laugh, play, and just enjoy each other’s company. We shared food, passed things around, tried different snacks, and somehow every little conversation became a story of its own. Sometimes, it is the simplest things, sitting together with food, talking about random topics, teasing each other, and laughing at completely goofy moments, that become the memories we remember most.

Of course, being together also meant experiencing our usual chaos. There were playful arguments, silly jokes, endless conversations, and moments where absolutely nothing made sense but everyone was laughing anyway. For a while, our responsibilities as club members disappeared, and we were simply a group of people enjoying an evening together.

Golden Hour 2.0 reminded us that a club is not only built through projects, meetings, and achievements. It is also built through shared meals, ridiculous jokes, spontaneous adventures, little disagreements, long conversations, and moments where everyone can simply be themselves.

By the end, we had walked a long way from where we started, barefoot, slightly wet, tired, and probably still talking.

“Most importantly, we walked away with memories that no meeting could ever create.”
